Who this policy applies to.

It does not automatically govern every item of information processed during a client engagement. Where Struktekale handles personal information on a client’s instructions, the applicable client agreement, data-processing terms and instructions may control that processing.

Do not send unnecessary sensitive information. Unless specifically requested and agreed, please do not send government identifiers, passwords, payment-card information, health information or other highly sensitive personal information through ordinary email or inquiry forms.
01 · Scope and roles

Our role depends on the relationship.

For personal information collected through this website, our own business communications, business-development activity and relationship management, Struktekale generally determines the purpose and means of processing and acts as the relevant controller or business.

When handling information solely on a client’s documented instructions during an engagement, Struktekale may act as a processor, service provider or contractor. The parties’ agreement determines the applicable responsibilities.

This policy is designed to describe our general practices. Specific legal rights and obligations vary by jurisdiction and apply only where the relevant law covers the person, organization and processing activity involved.

For individuals in jurisdictions that require a stated legal basis, the basis will depend on the context.

Cookies and similar technologies may store or read information on your device. Some technologies are necessary for website delivery and security. Others may help understand site interactions, manage onsite communications or support business marketing.

At the date of this policy, the website uses or links to technologies including:

NetlifyHosts and delivers the website and may process standard request, device, network and security logs.
KlaviyoProvides onsite and marketing technology and may use cookies or similar identifiers to process website-interaction and device information.
NotionHosts the external diagnostic inquiry page. Information submitted through that page is subject to the form context and Notion’s own privacy practices.

Browser settings can block or delete certain cookies, although doing so may affect functionality. Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential technologies, those technologies should be managed in accordance with the available consent controls.

07 · Sharing and service providers

Information is shared only where there is a business or legal reason.

We may disclose personal information to:

  • Hosting, cloud, email, productivity, form, communications, analytics, security, credential-management and professional-service providers.
  • Authorized personnel, collaborators or advisers who require access for the applicable purpose and are subject to appropriate obligations.
  • Professional advisers such as legal, accounting, tax or insurance providers.
  • A client or its authorized representatives where information relates to that client’s engagement.
  • Courts, regulators, law enforcement or other parties where disclosure is required or permitted by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.

Struktekale does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Client Personal Data is not used for unrelated advertising or unrelated commercial purposes.

08 · AI-assisted workflows

AI use is subject to purpose, approval and minimization.

Struktekale may use AI-assisted tools for research, analysis, workflow design, documentation, automation or operational support. We do not intentionally place client confidential information or personal information into unapproved public AI tools simply for convenience.

Where personal information needs to interact with an approved AI-assisted workflow, we consider the purpose, tool, access, information shared and applicable client restrictions. Information may be minimized, redacted, anonymized, aggregated or separated from identifying details where practical.

Client Personal Data is not intentionally used by Struktekale to train publicly available AI models. Engagement-specific AI requirements may be documented separately.

09 · International processing and transfers

Information may be processed across borders.

Struktekale operates with founders in the Philippines and Portugal and may serve organizations or use service providers in other countries. Personal information may therefore be accessed, stored or otherwise processed outside the country where it was originally collected.

Privacy and data-protection laws differ between countries. Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism or additional safeguards, we seek to use appropriate contractual or other recognized measures for the relevant transfer.

10 · Retention

Information is retained according to purpose—not indefinitely by default.

Retention periods depend on the nature of the information and why it is held. Relevant considerations include:

  • The duration of an inquiry, business relationship or client engagement.
  • Whether information is needed for ongoing support, documentation or quality assurance.
  • Contractual, tax, accounting, insurance, legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Applicable limitation periods, dispute-management needs and security records.
  • Whether the information remains necessary, proportionate and accurate for the purpose.

When information is no longer reasonably required, it may be deleted, returned, anonymized or removed from active environments, subject to legal obligations, backups and the applicable client agreement.

11 · Security

Security controls are proportionate to the access and information involved.

Struktekale uses administrative, organizational and technical measures intended to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, loss, misuse or disclosure. No internet transmission, storage environment or security measure can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Our public operating approach covers minimum necessary access, credentials, client-owned accounts, data minimization, approved tools, retention, offboarding, AI-assisted workflows and incident handling.

13 · B2B communications and outreach

Business-development activity should remain relevant and proportionate.

Struktekale may use professional contact information obtained from public business sources, referrals, events, existing relationships or direct interaction to communicate with organizations and professionals about relevant services, insights or opportunities.

Where required, we rely on consent or another applicable basis. You may ask us to stop marketing or business-development communications at any time. An opt-out will not prevent necessary administrative, contractual, security or service communications.
