These terms govern access to Struktekale’s website and public materials. Client work begins only through a separate written agreement.

02 · EngagementsSeparate signed MSA + SOW.
03 · OwnershipMethods and materials stay protected.
04 · ResponsibilityUse judgment; results are not guaranteed.

The rules for using this site.

These Website Terms (“Terms”) apply when you access or use struktekale.com, its pages, public downloads, diagnostic descriptions, working models and other materials made available through the site (collectively, the “Site”).

“Struktekale,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Struktekale. “You” means the person accessing the Site and, where applicable, the organization on whose behalf that person acts.

Important commercial boundary. The Site describes capabilities and possible ways of working. It is not a proposal, statement of work, guarantee, professional opinion or promise to deliver services on any particular scope, schedule, price or outcome.
01 · Acceptance and scope

Access means agreement to these website terms.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. If you use the Site for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

The Site is intended for professional and business audiences who can lawfully enter into these Terms. Additional terms may apply to a specific download, event, form or feature and will control if they expressly conflict with these Terms.

02 · Client engagements

Client work is governed separately.

No consulting relationship is created by visiting the Site, emailing us, submitting a diagnostic inquiry, booking a conversation, receiving preliminary comments or discussing a possible project.

Public website

These Terms

Govern access to the Site, public resources, brand, content, inquiry channels and acceptable use.

Client work

MSA + SOW

Govern scope, deliverables, fees, payment, timing, changes, confidentiality, data, IP rights, acceptance, cancellation and liability.

A client engagement begins only when the applicable parties sign a written agreement or statement of work. If these Terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

Any price, timeframe, scope, example or process shown on the Site is general information and may change. It does not bind either party unless incorporated into a signed agreement.

03 · Permitted use

Use the Site for legitimate business evaluation.

Subject to these Terms, you may view the Site and use public materials for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation of Struktekale and its services. You may share a link to a public page and quote short excerpts with clear attribution, provided the use is lawful, accurate and does not imply endorsement or partnership.

Any broader reproduction, adaptation, distribution, public display, training use, resale or commercial use requires Struktekale’s prior written permission.

04 · Prohibited use

Do not misuse the site, systems or work.

You may not:

  • Use the Site unlawfully, fraudulently, deceptively or to infringe another party’s rights.
  • Interfere with the Site, bypass security, probe for vulnerabilities, introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Scrape, crawl, harvest or systematically extract Site content except through ordinary search-engine indexing or with written permission.
  • Copy, republish, sell, license or commercially exploit our diagnostics, frameworks, working models, templates or materials.
  • Use Site content to build, train, fine-tune, benchmark or improve a competing model, product, consultancy, dataset or commercial service without written permission.
  • Misrepresent affiliation with Struktekale or use our name, marks or materials in a misleading way.
  • Submit information you do not have authority to provide, or content that is unlawful, harmful or infringing.

We may restrict or block access where we reasonably believe the Site is being misused.

05 · Intellectual property

The site and Struktekale’s methods remain protected.

The Site and its content—including the Struktekale name and visual identity, copy, designs, graphics, downloads, diagnostic structures, working models, methods, frameworks, templates, taxonomies, know-how and other materials—are owned by Struktekale or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except for the limited permission in these Terms, no right, title or license is transferred to you. References to third-party names or marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Ownership and permitted use of client data, paid deliverables, Struktekale background materials and engagement-specific work are determined by the signed client agreement—not by these Website Terms.

06 · Submissions and feedback

Only send what you are authorized to share.

You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant Struktekale a limited right to receive, store, review and use it as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, evaluate a potential engagement, protect the Site and comply with law.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and authority to submit the information. Do not send passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers, health information, trade secrets or other sensitive or confidential material through ordinary email or public forms unless Struktekale has specifically requested it and appropriate arrangements are in place.

If you voluntarily provide general feedback or suggestions about the Site or public offerings, Struktekale may use them without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you or disclose your confidential information without authorization.

07 · Information, judgment and outcomes

Public content is general—not a substitute for professional judgment.

Site content is provided for general business information. It is not legal, accounting, tax, investment, audit, cybersecurity-certification or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for obtaining appropriate specialist advice and for your organization’s decisions, approvals, filings, claims, controls and actions.

Examples, illustrations, diagnostic concepts and working models are contextual. Results depend on facts, data quality, systems, people, decisions and implementation. Struktekale does not guarantee recovered revenue, savings, performance, compliance, funding, growth or any other outcome from Site content.

08 · External services

Third-party services have their own rules.

The Site may link to or rely on external services, including Notion, LinkedIn and other providers. Their availability, content, security and data practices are controlled by those providers and are subject to their own terms and policies. A link does not imply endorsement, and Struktekale is not responsible for third-party services.

Our official company profile is Struktekale on LinkedIn ↗.

09 · Availability and changes

The site may evolve, pause or change.

We may update, correct, suspend, restrict or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We do not promise that the Site will always be available, secure, complete, current or free from errors. We may change these Terms by publishing an updated version. Continued use after the effective date of an update means you accept the revised Terms.

10 · Disclaimers

The site is provided as available.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and public materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. Struktekale disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy and uninterrupted availability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11 · Limitation of liability

Website risk is limited to what the law allows.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Struktekale will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential loss arising from the Site, or for lost profits, revenue, business, opportunities, goodwill, anticipated savings, use or data.

Where liability relating to the Site cannot be excluded, Struktekale’s aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid specifically to access the Site during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim or US$100.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Liability connected with paid client services is governed by the applicable signed agreement.

12 · Your responsibility

You are accountable for your use.

You are responsible for your use of the Site, your decisions based on public content and activity conducted through your systems or credentials. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse Struktekale for third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising directly from your unlawful use of the Site, infringement of another party’s rights or material breach of these Terms.

13 · Privacy and security

Information handling has its own operating rules.

Our Privacy Policy explains how Struktekale handles personal information relating to the Site and business relationships. Our Data Security & Client Information page describes our public operating approach to client information and access.

Those pages do not replace client-specific confidentiality, processing, deletion or security obligations in a signed engagement agreement or related data terms.

14 · General terms

These terms stand on their own.

These Terms and any additional terms expressly presented for a Site feature are the entire agreement concerning use of the Site. They do not amend or replace a signed client agreement.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganization, transfer of the Site or business transaction.

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, fiduciary or exclusive relationship. Mandatory rights and laws that apply to you remain unaffected.

Before starting formal proceedings about the Site, the parties should first try in good faith to resolve the issue by written notice. Any signed client agreement may contain its own governing-law and dispute terms, which control for that engagement.
